01 Introduction

39daph is an online casino and sports betting platform operated in accordance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). The platform offers a range of gaming products including live dealer casino games, slot games, sports betting, sabong live betting, bingo, and fishing games, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) and accessible to eligible players in the Philippines.

These Terms and Conditions govern the entire relationship between you and 39daph with respect to your use of the platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus claims, gameplay, and customer support interactions. 02 Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with 39daph, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted;
• Not be on any self-exclusion list, including PAGCOR's national self-exclusion registry;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 39daph or any of its affiliated game providers;
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter.

39daph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete, and you undertake to keep such information current and up to date throughout the duration of your account.

03 Account Rules

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account with 39daph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, 39daph reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 39daph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 39daph will never contact you to request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via the in-platform live chat.

3.3 Account Currency

All 39daph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. There is no currency conversion applied at any stage. The balance displayed in your account dashboard at all times reflects your current PHP balance.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 39daph may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after this period, subject to applicable law and prior notification to the registered email address on file. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to avoid inactivity status.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

39daph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and Visa debit or credit cards. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard. All deposits are credited to your PHP wallet and must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

39daph does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 39daph accepts no responsibility. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya typically credit to your 39daph wallet within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds, subject to verification requirements. Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso. Minimum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in your account dashboard at the time of request.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, 39daph may require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. You must have wagered the equivalent of your deposited amount at least once before a withdrawal of deposit funds is permitted. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as described in Section 5.

39daph aims to process withdrawal requests promptly during standard processing hours. During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. You will be notified via your registered contact details if any withdrawal is subject to delay or additional verification requirements.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

39daph operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and PAGCOR's AML compliance requirements. The platform reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation, delay or suspend withdrawals, and report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law. Players are prohibited from using the 39daph platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

39daph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral bonuses. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 25x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as stated in the promotion-specific terms. 5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Determination of bonus abuse is made at 39daph's sole discretion.

06 Gaming Rules

All games available on the 39daph platform are operated in accordance with the rules specific to each game title, as provided by the respective game supplier. In the event of a conflict between a game supplier's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

39daph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games, ensuring that game outcomes are fair, random, and uninfluenced by prior results. Live dealer games are hosted by qualified dealers and streamed in real time. Recorded Return-to-Player (RTP) rates are available for individual slot titles in the game information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connection failure during an active round, 39daph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a demonstrable system error or malfunction are not valid and will not be honoured.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 39daph platform:

• Exploiting bugs, errors, or loopholes in the platform software;

Breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 39daph platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, text, images, audio-visual elements, and database content, is the exclusive property of 39daph or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in such intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 39daph.

10 Privacy & Data

39daph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and 39daph. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. 39daph takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect player data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

39daph may be required to share player information with PAGCOR, law enforcement, or other regulatory bodies under applicable Philippine law. Such disclosures will be made only to the extent required or permitted by law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 39daph, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and game suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical malfunctions.

39daph's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 39daph does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that any defects will be corrected within a specified timeframe, though we will endeavour to address issues promptly.

12 Suspension & Termination

39daph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• A player is found to be ineligible under Section 2;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected;
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure;
• A player has requested self-exclusion.

In the event of account closure due to a verified breach by the player, 39daph reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by 39daph for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting the 39daph support team via in-platform live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

13 Dispute Resolution

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the 39daph platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the regulations and directives issued by PAGCOR. Any legal proceedings arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15 Amendments to These Terms

39daph may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revision, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute.
